A. You can request a new End User Agreement and detailed transfer procedure document by emailing billing@purelogicgroup.com. You will need to reference your building and apartment number.

Q. I'm a property owner, when will I get my deposit back?


A. You will get your deposit back when you transfer ownership of the property and all outstanding energy consumption has been calculated and all outstanding bills settled in full.

Q. I'm a tenant, when will I get my deposit back?


A. You will get your deposit back when your tenancy agreement ends and you move out and all outstanding energy consumption has been calculated and all bills settled in full. You must notify us of two weeks prior to leaving the property.

Q. How is my bill calculated?


A. The rate for consumed cooled energy is set by your building’s cooled energy provider. The meter readings are recorded every month through the building management unit and the customer bill generated.

Q. What is the administration fee that I pay at the beginning of the contract for?


A. This onetime fee covers the cost of taking the initial meter reading, setting up the account on our database and our bank fees plus general administration of the initial process.

Q. I have a problem with my AC, who do I call?


A. You need to call the building manager or management company dedicated to your building, Logic Billing Services only provide billing and cooled energy accounts.
