The Logic development Directorate will be instrumental in delivering the projects to the client’s requirements. The directorate consists of seasoned professional development managers with delivery experience specifically relevant to the client’s portfolio. The value added by engaging this team will include:
- Local market knowledge and trends
- Extremely well networked to assist with authority and local approvals
- Track record in delivering similar projects within the region
- Relevant cost data and commercial experience
- Ability to mobilise quickly and manage the project effectively
The Directorate will sit above the project delivery team, consisting of the project managers and contract manager. The contract manager will bring the additional contractual, procurement and commercial expertise to enable the existing contract to be completed with minimal risk to the client.
At Logic we define project management differently to other consultants. Our project management system is designed to be delivery focused and streamlined. We don’t believe in administrative heavy systems and procedures and adapt to each individual client’s needs. In summary we are a group of specialist project delivery experts with years of industry experience delivering projects of all sizes in differing sectors.
